Timber Inventory and Appraisal
A timber inventory to provide you with an estimate of what your timber is worth at the present time and present market conditions.An inventory provides information on the composition, quality, and quantity of timber and other selected aspects of the property.
Once the inventory is completed we can use data from comparable past timber sales to apply prices to the volumes from the timber inventory. We can then provide the landowner with a detailed report of the findings which includes a stand map delineating the different forest cover types on the property, the volumes of all the merchantable species and products on the property, and the values of each of the merchantable products on the property.
